WHY I TEACH MEDITATION:
I teach so I can spread the love! This stuff changes your life and if I can teach someone how to do that I think it’s such a gift and a privilege.
WHY I PRACTICE MEDITATION:
I meditate because after 25 of practicing I can say without a shadow of a doubt it’s one thing you can do for yourself every single day, no matter where you are and it will change your life. In the meditation world we always say, meditation doesn’t change what happens to you, it just changes how you respond to things and that’s everything/ Meditation is my happy place.
