Background:

Lena George is a trauma-informed facilitator, teacher trainer, and consultant with over a decade of experience in the health & wellness space. Through her Master's in Education in Trauma-Informed Learning Environments and her training in numerous therapeutic modalities, Lena uses evidence-based strategies to build mental, physical, emotional, and social fitness.

Why I practice meditation:

I meditate because it gives me a feeling of agency and tapping helped me overcome my public speaking phobia just two weeks before I started teaching at Unplug!

Why I teach meditation:

I teach meditation and tapping to help people feel like they have found the remote control to their own mind, body and behavior.
