Why I practice meditation:
“I practice meditation to fully understand myself, my motivations, my desires, and my needs; I practice to improve my communication with myself and the world and to support myself in leading a heart-centered and courageous life.”
Why I teach meditation:
“I teach because I personally know the healing effect of feeling fully seen and heard; teaching allows me to offer that experience to others while helping them recognize and step into their power and purpose. I also teach to help people guide themselves toward the freedom of clarity and to cultivate spaces where people feel brave enough to confront their shadows so they can bring light into the world!”
